Club Championship

Tournament Dates: August 16-18, 2024

Format

• This year there will be no gross flight.
• There will be six net flights. In the first flight, in addition to a net champion, the player with the lowest gross score will be declared the club champion.
• The club champion will also receive first place prize money (equal to the net champion)
• The same player cannot win both the gross and net champion prize money
• The club champion must come from the first flight as this is the only flight played from the blue tees

A tie-breaker policy will be implemented for this tournament only in the event that a tie-breaker is needed to determine the club or flight champions. The tournament committee has chosen the recommended PGA solution when ties occur, which utilizes a scorecard playoff as follows:

1. The last 9 hole score
2. If tie continues, then the last 6 holes,
3. If tie continues, then the last 3 holes,
4. If ties continues, then hole-by-hole starting with Handicap hole #1, 2, 3, etc. until broken.

Additional competitions will be conducted during the club championship as follows:

• Also Ran Tourney: All players 10 or more strokes out of the lead in their flight after Saturday’s round can enter the Also Ran Tourney which will pay based on Sunday's results only - a one day tourney within the Club Championship tourney. Entry fee for the Also Ran is $10 and payout will be determined based on the number of entrants.
• Ringer Tourney: Your best net score per hole over the 3 days of competition is used to determine your 18 hole Ringer round. Entry fee for the Ringer Tourney is $10 and will pay the top 3 places in each flight. Sign up is before your round on Friday.

Saturday: 2, 3, 6, 1, 4, 5

Sunday: 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Skins (optional)

$30 per player ($10 per day), to be paid on Day 1 before your tee time. 

The championship flight pays gross skins and all other flights pay net skins.
